Some of our clients creatively make ends meet but are unable to afford some extra, random expense that comes up. Heidy has been a client for many years but she hadn’t reached out for help since 2016. She lives with a friend in a mobile home and does odd jobs to earn income. Between the two of them they are able to cover their bills.

​When they needed a window air conditioning unit for their home, they could not afford it and Heidy called Love INC. The God who delights to provide was very obviously at work in this situation because that is not an item that is typically available. However, because there were a couple of rolling a/c units donated at the Donation Center, she was able to receive one!

You can imagine how excited and grateful Heidy was, and how loved she felt. To give her budget some additional room, the Personal Care Ministry at Faith Presbyterian Church provided her with a supply of household cleaning and personal hygiene items. She can now take the funds she would have spent on those items and use them elsewhere. She can visit this ministry once a month for ongoing support.
