Every journey begins in our Connection Center—where a real person listens, prays, and begins walking alongside someone in need.

From there, we connect individuals and families to:

Gap Ministries
Meeting REAL needs like food, furniture, transportation, and household essentials.

Journey INC
Long-term encouragement, mentoring, and life-skills support for lasting change for the whole family.

Church Mobilization
Equipping local churches to serve their neighbors in practical, meaningful ways.
